On loan defender Murray Wallace will remain at Glanford Park for a further month following agreement with his parent club.

Manager Mark Robins brought the 22 year old centre back to the club at the end of August from Huddersfield Town on an initial 28 day loan, but that has now been extended after he impressed across his six showings for us and Huddersfield are obviously happy with the game time he’s getting.

The initial deal expired following the loss to Southend United last weekend, and the new loan deal will expire after the Barnsley game on Saturday October 31.

In his six games with us, he has scored once in our two one defeat to Rochdale back on September 19.
