Matt Godden Signs New Deal

The 19-year-old forward. Who has come up through the Youth ranks has agreed a new one-year contract with the Iron which will be his 2nd year as a professional.

Although Godden has not yet made a first team appearance.He has impressed during the season on loan at Brigg Town and Ilkeston Town.

Towards the end of the season he has scored ten goals for the reserve team.

Hopefully he can re-produce that form in the Championship this season and power the iron to the Premiership.
